Ingredients

1 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

2 tbsp lemon juice

3 tbsp honey, or sugar free maple syrup

1 tbsp Dijon mustard or yellow mustard

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

Directions

Combine Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, honey, and Dijon mustard until well combined.

Add Seasonings: Stir in the garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until the sauce is smooth and creamy.

Adjust Consistency: If the sauce is too thick, you can add a bit more vinegar or lemon juice to reach your desired consistency.

Chill and Serve: Refrigerate the sauce for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
