Ingredients
3 red chilies, fresh, finely chopped
50 ml white vinegar
3 pods of garlic
salt, to taste
200 ml water
1 tsp agar agar agar
1 tsp finely minced ginger
1/2 tbsp sambal Olek
100 gr monk sugar
Directions
Into a blender, add in garlic, sugar and white vinegar and some salt to taste. Give it a quick blend until it becomes a fine paste. Then, pour into a saucepan and simmer. When it starts to bubble, add in the agar agar and mix well so that is don't clump Lastly, add in the finely chopped red chilies, mix and turn off the heat.
Let it cool completely and it's then ready to use.
