Schaschlik alla anno dazumal. Serve with Salad and Fries or Flatbread.

Ingredients 

Meat

2 pounds pork

2 pounds beef

3 onions

3 bell peppers, mixed color

pickles

bacon

Meat Seasoning

3 tbsp sweet paprika

1 tbsp paprika, onion, garlic mix

1 tbsp smoked paprika

1 tbsp garlic powder

3 tbsp monk sugar

salt and pepper, to taste

3 tbsp olive oil

For the Sauce

1 bottle schaschlik sauce

3 tbsp tomato paste

2 garlic gloves

1 chili

200 ml primal ketchup

200 ml barbecue sauce, sugar free

330 ml dark beer

onion

pickles

bacon

bell pepper

Directions

Ausreichend Schaschlikspieße aus Holz ca. 20 Minuten in Wasser einlegen

1. Prepare: Meat Seasoning. Mix all the ingredients well in a bowl. now cut the meat in cubes and mix it with the seasoning, let it sit in the fridge for 2 hours.

Cut the onions, pickles, bell pepper and bacon in same sizes.

Prepare the Shashlik Spiess start grilling them. When there are brown put them a side and start saute the onions, pickles, bell pepper and bacon. Put all the other ingredients in the pan and simmer it down, then fill it up with the rest of dark beer, put the Spießes back in the pan. 

Grill by 350F for 2-3 Hours.
